Elizabeth C. Ashton, Managing Attorney

Ms. Ashton earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Kansas in 1999 and her Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2003.  Ms. Ashton was admitted to practice in Missouri in 2004 and Kansas in 2005.  She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Districts of Kansas and Western District of Missouri. Ms. Ashton currently concentrates her practice in collections, commercial litigation and creditor’s rights.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.

David J. Weimer

Mr. Weimer received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Missouri State University and his Juris Doctor from Washington University. He joined the firm in 1998 and concentrates his practice in the areas of collection, complex commercial litigation (including appeals), creditor’s rights, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claim defense, and general business representation. He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Bars of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. Circuit Court for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Circuit Court for the Tenth Circuit, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. 

Megan Cello

Ms. Cello earned her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri in 2005, and her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law in May of 2008. Ms. Cello was admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri in September of 2008 and in the state of Kansas in September of 2009. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Steve N. Gatzoulis

Mr. Gatzoulis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Kansas, in 2001 and his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2005; and the Missouri Bar in 2006. Mr. Gatzoulis currently concentrates his practic in collections, commercial litigation and creditor's rights. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar and the Kansas Bar Association.

Rodger M. Turbak

Mr. Turbak received his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State University in 1999, and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in December of 2002. Rodger is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Turbak practiced in the areas of creditors' rights and business litigation. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and The Missouri Bar.

Jennifer L. Davis

Ms. Davis earned her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Wichita State University and her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2004. She was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2005; and the Missouri Bar in 2006. Ms. Davis currently concentrates her practice in collections, commercial litigation and creditor's rights.

Courtney Mikesic

Ms. Mikesic earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York, in 2002 graduating Magna Cum Laude. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Mikesic is admitted to practice in the Kansas District Court and U.S. District Court of Kansas and the Missouri District Court and Western District Court of Missouri. Prior to joining Kramer & Frank, P.C., Ms. Mikesic practiced in the areas of civil litigation, corporate litigation and insurance defenses. She currently concentrates her practice in business litigation, and creditor’s rights. Ms. Mikesic is a member of Member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Wyandotte County Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the American Health Care Lawyers Association and the Kansas City Society of Hospital Attorneys.
